We accept most major insurances including those for Eagle County Government, Eagle County Schools and Vail Resorts.  We are providers for VSP (Vision Service Plan),  Cigna Vision, EyeMED Access, Blue View Vision, Medicare, Rocky Mountain HMO and Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Cofinity, and Aetna. In an effort to maximize your benefits, and as not all medical plans cover optical and routine services, it is recommended that you check with your human resource director prior to your appointment to determine your coverage. We will electronically file your insurance at the time of service.
