We accept most major insurances including those for Eagle County Government, Eagle County Schools and Vail Resorts.  We are providers for VSP (Vision Service Plan),  Medicare and Medicaid(not CHP+). In an effort to maximize your benefits, and as not all medical plans cover optical and routine services, it is recommended that you check with your human resource director prior to your appointment to determine your coverage. We will electronically file your insurance at the time of service.

Attention Patients

It is policy that we receive previous eye exam records if you are a new patient. If we do not receive your previous records prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
